It's pretty much time-skip Warren XD. 

But I feel like I should Example something about His Peace and Trade Service 

Peace and Trade is a Netural Reqair, Trade, and More Crew. They help anyone who needs it, and can fight too. But Peace and Trade's true ideal is to see the world change for the better. They wish to see both Pirate and Marines stop fighting. Added they are actual skilled frighters, and some Like Warren are Devil Fruit Users too.
